Everyone I had contact with was helpful and courteous. From the operator who helped me find which ward my friend was on, the porter who gave me directions to Clyst ward to the nurse who greeted me. But very special thanks to the lovely nurse who understood how important it was for us to leave the ward as quickly as possible because my friend's wife has dementia. The nurse went the extra mile to get my friends medicines sorted as quickly as they could. I would rate the nurse as outstanding in the areas of responsive and caring. My only wish is that the pharmacy department was more responsive. My experiences at RD&E have always been let down by delays in getting medication to take home.
"Thank you"
