"Thank you for helping me"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since last year, when I had really bad problems at work. I didn't tell anyone about it, and just tried to keep going on my own.

I went to my GP a few months ago because it was all getting too much. He suggested I get some help, so I was referred to the Archway Centre. I was really surprised because it's where I go shopping quite often, but I didn't even know it was there.

I was really anxious about going, but they were so nice when I went for my first appointment. I saw a great therapist for CBT, and I feel so much better. I just wanted to say thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to feedback about your experiences of the service. This is very important to us. As the link to Patient Opinion I have made sure that I have let the Trust's Lead for Psychological Therapies and Primary Care know about your views of the service. Thank you again
