Today I had an appointment at Carlisle Infirmary with the consultant radiologist. They were so kind and gentle, as were their two colleagues. I was totally reassured by their demeanour and consideration. I won't worry about having the same procedure again, should I need to. A positive experience!

I am very pleased that your appointment with the consultant radiologist went well.
The team work very hard to ensure patients are comfortable and fully understand how nervous and anxious patients can be. I shall ensure your kind comments are passed to the team as I am sure that they will be delighted to hear such complimentary feedback.
