"Tests carried out today in the department"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

First I asked to be offered a cancellation if they had one as I feel my symptoms are getting worse, and the receptionist rang me and offered me one.

The receptionist was very welcoming. The staff member who carried out the first of my tests were very helpful and explained step by step what was happening and what to expect.

Very reassuring.

I then needed a second test which was carried out by a Consutant who again explained to me step by step what was going to happen and what I would feel.

At the end of the test supplied me with a report and what it showed.

They are the lead consultant and I think leads by example, which is great and very helpful, reassuring when one is so scared about what is happening as a result of symptoms one is getting.

I had wonderful treatment today and say a big huge thank you to the whole team.
