I have only praise for the Doctors and staff at Tameside Hospital

I was treated in October for Breast Cancer and had a maestectomy and reconstruction . The Staff are so overworked with too many forms to fill in to have time to sit with patients anymore, but they are fantastic and I cannot praise them enough.

They get too much bad press and not enough good press

Dear Barbara1986,

Thank you for posting this message – I will ensure it is brought to the attention of the staff involved in your care.

It is true that a lot of paperwork is required of staff nowadays – we are hoping that some work we will be doing with electronic records will reduce the burden.

I am very pleased, however, that you thought the staff were fantastic and you cannot praise them enough. They will be delighted to read your comments and to know how much you appreciated them.

I hope you are now much improved.
