"Positive Impressions On Recent First Visit"

My mother had recently to attend for some stitches to be removed. We were aware of certain negative stories about the health centre in the local press, and I also read some bad reviews on this site, specifically concerning reception staff. On the occasion of our visit the receptionists could not have been more attentive or friendly, and this includes watching them with other patients while we waited to be seen. The stitches were also removed in a professional manner, by a friendly member of medical staff. In short, we could not have received better service from our visit and we feel this needs to be recorded.
