I wanted some catheters at short notice and was informed that there was a new arrangement and that I needed to contact the Continence Prescription Service. When I phoned, they were very helpful and arranged to send me the prescription I had requested.
There was a delay with the post and when I contacted them again I was encouraged to try the delivery service which I did and that worked out well. I have since phoned back and left a message and they were good enough to phone me straight back. This change has made it much easier to get catheters.
