About: Wansbeck Hospital / Clinical haematology

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at Wansbeck Oncology department and Wansbeck clinic. As a NHS worker myself I know how difficult and stressful these departments can be for staff but the Professor, nursing and admin staff have done absolutely everything they could do for my uncle. Unfortunately my uncle passed away recently but the care did not stop the staff were all very kind and caring when my family visited the department shortly after and knowing my family have been so kindly treat makes me happy and makes this devastating time that little bit more bearable.

Many thanks again to everyone involved in my uncles care during a very difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your uncle. It sounds like he was a much loved member of your family .

Thanks so much for taking the time to get in touch to thank the haematology team at Wansbeck. It will mean the world to them to know that their actions, kindness and compassionate care is something that you are holding on to - a source of comfort at this very sad time.

I'm glad your dear Uncle got all the care he deserved and that your family felt cared for too - before and after his passing.

It is, in my view, one of the greatest privileges of working in healthcare.

Take great care of yourself and please don't hesitate to get in touch should you need anything from us.
