The best thing about the Rotherham Continence Prescription Service is the promptness of delivery when an order is received
But the worst bits are that when I phone to order new packages, almost every time I get an answerphone. I tell them what I require and leave my name and number. But then the answerphone tells me to phone again.
I go out shopping, to return and find out I must rephone. It would be more helpful to inform me the order has been placed because each time I phone it is the answerphone. Just leave me a message saying my order has been forwarded for my items to be delivered.
But I am more than pleased with all that the hospitals do for me.
