"Good staff, though I never saw anyone cleaning"

I stayed at Stepping Hill Hospital on the short stay surgical unit. I was having nasal surgery. The medical team all came to see me and to explain the procedure both before and after surgery. There was no waiting around and the food was good.

Although most of the staff were very good, pleasant and helpful, there were two slightly grumpy ones. One of these took me down to Theatre, luckily the Theatre staff made up for it. I would like to thank a lady who had dark mid length hair and wore a Grey Uniform who was on duty later on in the day.

Everything seemed very clean but during my stay I never saw a cleaner. I made sure when I arrived that I wiped everything I might touch with Dettox antibacterial wipes which I brought with me.
