"A and E"

I was treated at Treliske

A and E following a RAT on Jan 6th. The first responder and the paramedics were terrific. I felt that I was in safe, capable and competent hands. Although I had to wait along with others to be moved into a cubicle it was clear that the staff, though extremely busy, err r doing their very best to take care of me. The nurses, doctor, porter and radiographic were respectful, friendly, professional, comforting. They listened to my concerns and worries, took them seriously and I was confident that I was discharged only when they thought it wad safe to do so. Wonderful NHS staff and hospital. I can't thank them enough.
