Just wanted to say Thank you to the call handler who dealt with our case in the early hours of the morning.

I rang for advice for my husband who was having breathing difficulties, and I was at a loss on what to do next. The call handler was polite, efficient and dealt with our case promptly. An ambulance was called and paramedics were in our house within minutes. My husband was taken to the local hospital and after treatment, symptoms relieved he was able to go home with advice and ongoing treatment. In this climate of endless complaints about the NHS, I felt the need to give credit where it is due. A big thank you to all involved.
