About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Was taken to A & E as had chest pains. Each and every member of staff I saw was just so lovely. As each test was done, everything was explained to me clearly and even though nothing wrong was found, no-one made me feel as though I was wasting their time. When you think of the immense pressure the staff is under, I think that they are brilliant!
