"Wouldn't see me"

I know this is a minor injuries clinic, didn't know you have to book to see a Dr. Called today at 08.5 spoke to reception who had a Dr at the side of them, explained I have a rash all over me and I take Creon medication for my Chronic Pancreatise . On the side effects it states if you get a severe rash or hives seek immediate medical attention. Both the Dr and the reception told me I have to ring 111 to book a appointment at a medical one stop and would not see me. There being no more than 4 patients there. I called 111 explaining my circumstances after reviewing it the person got me a appointment at the very place I was . St George's Middleton for a 11 am appointment, I explained I was there and nobody would see me , to be told by them that non fractures etc had to be booked. Very poor treatment at Dt George's I can understand if they were busy but they wasn't. The thing I'm trying to come across is my tablets state see immediate medical attention, and all I wanted is a prescription if possible to help. So if you haven't got a minor injury can't see point in going here Kevin
