"Reception / X-ray dept"

I would just like to comment on the service I received in this hospital, all too often you hear about what a state the NHS service is in, people complaining all the time, well not today, as soon as I approached reception I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, told where to go and wait, virtually as soon as I sat down my name was called, a member of staff from the X-ray dept took me through explained what was going to happen, almost straight into the actual X-ray room where another member of staff took over, very friendly, efficient and professional, it was a pleasure, your staff were a credit to you, the NHS are very luck to have them, doing a great job.
