I visited this hospital at 7pm on sat 14th Jan 2017 with my daughter and my 3 Year old granddaughter who was running a temperature of 39 which was quite high , we were seen to in a reasonable time , whilst waiting to get a urine sample my granddaughter was sick twice as we were giving her juice which we brought with us . We thought it would be better to try her with water. The night staff had just came on duty and after she had been sick for a third time my daughter asked for a cup of water and was told by the nurse practitioner there was a drink machine next door,,, I was so taken aback with this until another member of staff intervened and offered to get a cup of water
This is an absolute disgrace as going on past experience we went to the hospital well prepared for a long wait with bottles of juice and spare clothes and snacks we were not asking for something out if the ordinary and bearing in mind my daughter had just lost money in the machine attempting to get a drink for herself.
"Lack of co -operation"
