"Lovely Staff, but it took a long time. Parking..."

About: Ipswich Hospital / Accident and emergency

It was my wife who was the patient, not me.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, but it was very busy so my wife was there for over seven hours, which was very tiring.

The most annoying thing was the parking! I had no suitable change when I arrived and it took me about half an hour to find and use a machine providing pound coins and then buy a ticket. Luckily I got away with it. We were there so long though that I had to get some more change and to buy parking tickets on three separate occasions.

Please would you either change your parking meters to accept bank cards or at least arrange for more accessible change machines.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I am sorry that the car parking had such a negative impact on your experience of Ipswich Hospital, we are aware of the issues with parking at certain times in the Hospital and we are working towards increasing the capacity.
