"Disgusting midwifes."

I am 19 years old and 31 weeks pregnant turning 20 in February. I have been with Northwick Park since the beginning of my pregnancy and let me tell you their attitude and professionalism is disgusting. Since being with them my appointments have been booked wrong and have even been put in for the wrong days. I went to see a midwife who had wrote in my yellow folder that I had not turned up to several appointments yet they gave me the wrong dates to go in and I got the blame for it!? I was then patronised as if I didnt care about my unborn child and that I had to put in effort?! Me?!! Also I had to tell them about receiving my anti-d shot (rhesus negative) because they had wrote in my folder I had already had it!!!!! At 20 weeks pregnant I took the glucose testing as both parents are diabetic type 2 and heard nothing back I then had a scan in which the midwife asked me if I knew why I was having it done, me confused said no I just thought that I was suppose to and they looked at me shocked and said "no one told you that you were diabetic?!" Me stunned said no and they went on to say I was going to have a big baby and that I should of been informed. I went in to see a dietician and for the first time was running late I called them and informed them I was late and I would be there in ten minutes which they went on to say was fine and to come in within ten minutes and I would still get seen. I get there and the receptionist looks at me in disgust and goes no you're too late I go on to explain I had already called up in which they said was fine they then looked at me and said the dietician was in a meeting..

two seconds later a midwife walked over and asked me if I needed help I told them the situation and they told me that the dietician just left to go home even though I got there within ten minutes. Their attitude disgusts me and I will definitely be changing hospitals!!!! Id advise anyone to not give birth at this hospital as they do not care. I also think their attitude towards young mums is horrible as if we have no clue and we're bad people. They are judgemental before they even speak to me. Can't wait to change my hospital.
