I attended A&E yesterday with my mother who had fallen. The department was very busy but Mum was assessed in good time and her care was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you to all who cared for her.

Thank you for letting us know that your Mum was attended to promptly and that the staff cared for her well.
I do hope that she is now recovering from her fall.
