About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

I've been to the urgent care centre twice this week my first experience was really good nice staff and doctors although on my second visit on a 7.30 appointment was not I walked in the floor was sticky it stunk I went to the desk to book in to be told it was a extra 2-3 hours wait even tho I had a app, I have other children at home that I had to get back to at some point the one member of staff I spoke to did not sympathise with me at all over all not happy with having to travel again with my poorly daughter.
