"My son admitted viral infection children ward"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

My son was in again Wakefield hospital children ward 6/8/14

Again in hospital because  of viral infection and he is a matabolic disorder child. Admitted in Thursday 12/1/17 discharge

Sunday 15/1/17

I would like to say that my experience was good . I would like to say Thank u to the doctors there that looked after my son. They were very caring and they listen to my opinion it made me at ease. Was very happy with their advice and professional service.

The head nurse on those days  was very kind and understanding. I had only 1 problem tho. It was my first time in pinderfield hospital so didn't know my way round rules on that ward. The care assistants working there need to be more alert  and introduce themselves. And explain. Understand  my situation my son was on a drip. That I needed alot doing. I couldn't move or leave him. But there was 1 care assistant who was really good professional caring understanding. This care assistant needs to be praised and my head nurses, 2 doctors on that day also.

Thank u for all ur help x
