my sister was a patient on ward 104 and feel that the care received was fantastic.
my sister was at a low ebb and the care and attention shown was that of a caring compassionate team she felt supported safe and staff interaction was friendly.
she had a difficult decision to make regarding surgery but was again able to discuss with the ward consultant who made the process happen and ensure my sister had the best pre theatre care ensuring fit for surgery.
I write this as a fellow nurse and colleague and have expressed my feelings to them face to face and with my sister when she went up to see the team following her surgery /recovery.
not to forget the stoma nurse who is always available to advise and support her when needed.
thanks again
"the care recieved was fantastic"
