My days here at St Andrew's are very full. I do art with the TI in the art group and I also help another patient who can't do some things by himself.

We use a telescope in the ward and I go to the gym, mindfulness, the music room, wood work and serve through the servery on my ward. All of these activities help my mind. I will also be getting a laptop soon as the last one got stolen. I use my laptop to write lyrics which I love. I do music with J on Thursdays and I would like to work with him when I'm out. I would really like to get a job here at St Andrew's like T in the patient experience team. To get a job here working with music would be fantastic.

Thank you for your comments. It is great to hear that you are doing all these activities and they are helping you. It is also great that you are helping other patients who are less able. It is good to see that you are thinking about your future and future prospects of work. I would encourage you to have a discussion with the Patient Experience team about the possibility of working for St Andrew's at some point.
