"Endoscopy dept"

In the treatment room I felt safe and very cared for. I had been very nervous about attending the centre all week!! I have had my condition for many years, so I appreciated being kept informed of everything that was going on. All the staff were so professional and experience was very noticeable.The rest of the department was a bit slow, that is not a complaint, just for information.Many thanks Lucy Lawer
