(as the patient),

After a very bad experience with a previous fitting of a Mirena Coil, I was nervous, emotional and absolutely terrified ... I was put in contact specifically with Dr Timaeus who is known for her patience and gentleness with ladies like me ... I wasn't disappointed. . She totally understood just how I was feeling .. she helped me relax.. talked gently and reassuringly to me throughout .... she (and her nurse) were wonderful and made the whole procedure more comfortable .. I cant thank her enough.
