"ENT appointments and one-day surgery"

About: Furness General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

The appointments I had in ENT department always started on time, I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The team ( the consultant and the assistant) worked very efficiently and I got all the information I needed. I felt that I was treated as a part of that little team making a decision about my further treatment.

The surgery I had as a next step of my treatment went smoothly, I was put at ease, I was given a chance to ask any questions or express my doubts. Everybody ( the nurses at the ward, the anaesthesiologist, the surgeon) was very nice, professional and understanding. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
