"Kind & Compassionate Staff"

Due to a recent bad experience I was extremely apprehensive and nervous of going the Dental Hospital this morning. From the minute I walked through the door every single member of staff who seen to me from the receptionist right through to the dental consultant and their lovely trainee dentist whom they were observing at the time of my treatment , I thank you all for not only restoring my faith in dentists but for the kind, Compassionate way you dealt with me.

You took the time to listen, understand and put me at ease. Your patience , kindness and caring manner was outstanding. I cannot thank you enough especially as I am no longer in pain. You are all a credit to the NHS .
