I want to commend Dr Shaw for his knowledge, expertise, competence, psychological awareness, kindness and compassion during ultrasound and biopsy at Crosshouse Hospital. He provided information which made sense in a calm soothing manner, carried out a potentially painful procedure totally painlessly even hours later once the anaesthetic wore off and gave me a hug whilst at the same time giving me a degree of hope moving forward. Thank you. You are worth every penny and deserve so much more.

This sounds as if it could have been a quite traumatic experience but I am so glad you found Dr Shaw to be so supportive during and after the procedure. His care clearly had such a positive impact and that is wonderful to hear and I am sure Dr Shaw will think so too. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
