"Primary care mental health team"

About: Cheshire And Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I had an appointment with a nurse who was extremely patronising, their questions were not easy to understand and because I was so uncomfortable I couldn't answer them. It felt like they were trying to scare me into getting better or I would be discharged, but I haven't started any treatment yet so I don't even know how to get better. I went home, self harmed and considered taking my life.
