"I've had this procedure done several times but never have I had such a positive experience"

I was dreading my appointment for my gastroscopy I didn't sleep for weeks I have been several times. And thought I knew what to expect.

From the minute I walked in I was put at my ease reception staff, nurses and most of all Emma who did my endoscopy, and Michelle and Gemma my nurses, made the experience so easy and smooth I thank them all very much. No one could ever understand how nervous and frightened I get when faced with tubes near my mouth let alone inside. I've had this procedure done several times but never have I had such a positive experience thank you for that
