(as the patient),

I had a bad fall in the middle of Glasgow, dislocating my shoulder and sustaining a fracture. Bypassers in the street were so helpful and called an ambulance which arrived very quickly. Despite being embarrassed and humiliated having to be lifted I cannot speak highly enough of the ambulance staff, two young women who were fantastic and made me feel at ease despite immense pain. I cant remember their names sorry.

My dad has had numerous admissions and I have similar experience with all the paramedics. I just wanted to say thank you really for the wonderful treatment I received and also for all those who have been equally wonderful with my dad
