About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

Yet again I have been to Urology outpatients on Wednesday 11th January. I cant praise the staff enough. Friendly and helpful from reception, nurses and consultant.

They were running late but thats understandable as its difficult to deal with each patients need on a strict timetable.

We were kept informed and apologies made for the delays.

Today 12th I am back again. This time to ward 23 for my pre- assessment.

Yet again I cant praise the staff highly enough.

Very friendly and caring. Had a couple of jokes with them while I was being "processed"

I am back again on 24th for my operation and hope that everything goes as well as it has so far
