"mammography and the mermaid centre"

Following a mammogram in the mobile unit on 23/12/2016 I was sent a letter for a follow up at the Mermaid Centre. The appointment offered was exactly in one weeks time so not too far ahead as I was naturally a little apprehensive. I arrived for the appointment on 11/1/2017 a little early but staff were very friendly and I was seen almost as soon as my allotted time arrived. I am lucky and all that was found was a cyst which was aspirated by staff who put me immediately at my ease and were very easy to talk to. Well done to all your staff involved in this unit, they are providing a great service.
