"Always there for us"

We've had to come into A&E a couple of times over the past year as a family, both in worrying circumstances. Firstly by ambulance and the second time independently. The ambulance crew were amazing: they worked to keep anxiety to a minimum whilst still doing what was necessary in terms of tests and stabilisation. Not only that but after the event they passed on their good wishes and showed genuine concern for our wellbeing. I cannot speak highly enough of The A&E staff. Great to see a team working so well together with humour and dedication. Again they showed compassion and respect at our circumstances at every stage, were thorough with tests and communicated well and showed genuine care and concern.

I feel reassured and grateful. Thank you for your dedication.
