"Very disappointed rude triage nurse"

I went in with a chest infection at the same time due to severe coughing I heard a pop at the back ribs which was very painful the pain was so bad I found it hard to breath. Anyway I was called in by the triage nurse me and wife went in the room the first thing they said is who is the patient. After all the regular check ups I told them I was severe pain and I suspect a broken rib. I told them how long is the wait they replied they have not got a clue. So I went back to the waiting room with discomfort and pain almost in tears because of the gravity of the pain. The doctors keep calling patients after patients it came to a stage people who came after me were been called in after 5 hours of wait I approached a nurse and told them what was going they told me to sit down rudely and even told me I look perfectly fine nothings wrong with me I told them if I was fine I wouldn't have been here. After 7 hours of wait and pain I've been finally called in very dissatisfied with the arrogant nurses.
