The staff treated me with respect, spoke to me kindly and made sure I understand the procedures. Yes, there were delays but they kept informing us that they were managing our case and hadn't forgotten us.
Nurses were kind, and efficient. I trusted the service. The surgeons were informative and gentle reassuring me throughout the procedures.
