"Wonderful staff and hospital."

I was very nervous about having a colonoscopy from the beginning I was made to feel relaxed and safe. Everyone from the receptionists to nurses to consultants were really friendly and kept my mind on other things. I couldn't think of any time I wasn't being looked after. I had forgotten my slippers and dressing gown and I was found 2 hospital gown so I was covered and because of my other disabilities the nurses helped me to change and I was never made to feel like it wasn't their job or that they didn't have time (in other hospitals I have been made to feel this). Everyone I saw had a smile and asked if I needed anything whilst I was in their care. The consultant was amazing, not only at their job but the way they took my mind off what was going on. The tea and biscuits after were really good too! The rooms were very clean and nice, it almost was like it wasn't a hospital room. I honestly can't praise the whole hospital enough. I would wait extra time just to get seen at The Duchy. Just amazing is all I can say.
