I've recently had a lot of support from the Skelmersdale CMHT and the West Lancs Crisis team.

The support I've recieved has been brilliant. It can be very difficult talking to so many different people, as it's not always the same person that visits every time, but all the staff have been really supportive, caring, understanding and helpful. It's so good to have the crisis team as a stop gap between being at home and being in hospital.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the Skem CMHT and the Crisis team, you all have very difficult jobs to do and it's important that you know that what you do is effective and very much appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to give us feedback on our service. Both the Skelmersdale community mental health team and the crisis resolution and home treatment team aim to provide a continually improving service and feedback on the service provided is essential to this. I have passed you your comments onto the teams involved who are both appreciative of your comments and pleased that you found their service beneficial.
