Can't praise highly enough staff in this department. Unfortunately too few staff and resources led to long waiting times but care received, eventually, was excellent. Quite an eye opener to see exactly what the staff have to deal with, hospital security and police were both involved while staff tried to deal with too many patients, with varied needs. Despite the obvious pressure everyone was friendly and helpful, can't praise them enough, especially the charge nurse and coordinator Fiona.
