I broke my wrist at the end of November and was seen in A & E the same evening.
I then had follow up appointments in the fracture clinic until the removal of my plaster a week ago.
At all times I was treated with great courtesy and respect by every single member of staff with whom I came into contact.
I often had to wait past my appointment time but when I was seen there was never any sense of being rushed despite being able to see how busy everyone was.
An important thing was that the staff had a sense of humour, although how they managed it consistently is beyond me, but it did make the whole treatment a much more positive experience.
