What I liked

I was a patient on ward 4 and I would like to thank the wonderful staff for the excellent care I received during that time.

I have had health problems during recent years and consequently have spent periods of time in 'other' hospitals in the region. Neither have been up to the standard I received in Wansbeck.

From arriving in casualty I received immediate attention and had complete confidence in the doctors and nurses. Ward 4 is a very busy ward, and the nurses work very hard yet appear to take it all in their stride.

The hospital is fortunate to have such dedicated staff - the staff nurses are exceptional and I am sure they deserve twice the money they earn. PS the food is also very good!
