What I liked
Doctor, (when they eventualy turned up) was polite and listened to comments.
What could be improved
Attitude of employees, as previous contributer, do they recruit by having yobbishness as an attribute? The ignorance and general rudeness of some of the staff - receptionists, nurses and some of the consultants, is unbeleivable eg : when talking to receptionist a nurse totaly ignored us and talked accross us to the receptionist, and then behaved as though we were at fault.
Visitor and patient time scales don't seem to matter to some of the staff, attitude is "you can wait I have my own priorities you are not important" some staff are ignorant of the fact that they are the supplier and the patients/ visitors are the customers and as such should be treated with respect and high priority.
The above comments - ignorant and rude staff does not apply to everyone, there are some very helpfull people working at Worcester Royal, it is such a shame that a number of bad apples are spoiling the overall patient experience.
