The chronic pain team were caring courteous and helpful

What could be improved

Nurses attitude to long term illness and the psychological welfare of patients. We are not robots, we are individuals with differing reaction to treatment. we are very often in severe pain, a little understanding and sympathy would go a long way to aid recovery unfortunately there is very little of either at this hospital.

Anything else?

I find myself suffering terrible pain rather than face the attitude of nurses and doctors.
