"Genuine caring approach"

(as the patient),

I want to leave feedback about how friendly, approachable and caring the whole maternity team were during my scans, visits to ABC and my induction. In particular the midwife that was with me during my labour. A wonderful lady called Sheena. I couldn't praise her more. Her intuition meant that both myself and my partner, and most importantly our son were completely taken care of. We were kept up to date with everything that was happening/going to happen, she was there when needed but equally gave us the privacy and space we needed, I will be eternally grateful for her assistance, her warm nature and her genuine caring approach.
