I went to the Walk-In in Liverpool City Centre with a severely sore throat.
I mentioned that a few years ago I had was diagnosed with angina and I also had my tonsils removed. They advised me to just take some paracetamol.
I ended up visiting them 3 times and on my final visit they decided to send me to the hospital with very heavy angina.
I feel like I was ignored and not listened to. My health was at risk and they didn't really help me.
