"Extremely thorough"

I went to Arrowe Park A&E on December 6, 2016 after prolonged arrhythmia and was seen within 35 minutes even though the waiting area was full. A successful diagnosis was made and the doctor on duty was very reassuring, and advised on increased dosage of medication and spent a good long time with me, answering all my questions, and was extremely thorough. There was quite a long wait between being attended by the nursing staff until I saw the doctor but this is to be expected in a busy department and due to the fact that they probably have to consult labs and other doctors during the process. The staff that night worked extremely well together and the level of concern and attention was second to none. Many thanks to the doctor who put my mind at rest on more than a few things while the doctor must have been busy with far more important cases.
