Thank you for posting your story on NHS Choices. It seems that overall you had some positive, but also some negative issues whilst in Hopewood Park inpatient services.

All of NTW staff are aware of the Trusts expected standards of behaviour, attitudes and values as this is part of our training programme for all staff, so it is particularly disappointing that you felt these values were not evident from all staff.

We do try and ensure that all patients have a routine, however I understand that you felt this wasn’t helpful to you. In relation to the food provided, we try to take on people’s views about food in order to continuously improve choice and standard.

We are keen to hear patients views so that we can learn lessons and improve our services so thank you for taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention.
