What I liked

Fairly quick attention on a saturday night at A&E, very professional staff who explained everything and were patient and kind. Excellent doctor who reduced my shoulder and attentive nurses on the MAU and A&E. The MAU staff were very patient and dealt with everything thrown at them well, with a cheerful & kind attitude.

What could be improved

Maybe a few more seats in the discharge lounge?
