"ENT Urgent Care"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

On the morning of January I attended Urgent Care at Darlington Memorial Hospital with an ear infection. They were quick and efficient in referring me to ENT on Ward 31 ( I think). The doctor was on his ward round, but a member of staff kept me informed. Once seen the care was tremendous: courteous, professional and thoroug. I was given a prescription after some emergency care and also given an appointment on Thursday 5th. Once again, I was seen quickly and the care by two doctors (one who I had seen on the ward) and a nurse was of the highest standard and I felt not only confident of their professionalism, but also of their genuine human care and compassion for me. Thank you so much: you deserve this praise as you do a wonderful job.
