"Thanks for making me feel at ease"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I attended a pre assessment appointment in the cardiology department firstly and then round to out patients for the next part of my appointment. I would like to thank both nurses (Pauline and Tina) for making me feel at ease and explaining, very thorough, the procedure I will be receiving next week.
